Bill love to eat a Providence Hospital, each dish hot food only 30
cents, But he's 2nd class Citzen over bein at Cherry Height's, he lost
his Civ right's, Providence hospital will not let Cherry Height's ex
Wester State patence, eat in there lunch room or walk in side hosp
build, They will not let me eat there either because I let Bill live if
me, (know for allmost a yrs) Bill haveing supper at Cherry
Height,tonight, I have to get Bill a pack of Cig's each day to keep
peace, and a can of pop, them 2 things cost allmost $2 alone, 1/2 gap of
root beer, A bad thing about Cherry Height's is that They have street
drug's there, And people paid for the drug's if sex They sale there
bodey for drug's I know 3 girl's that have got in familyway at Cherry
Height, 2 baby's been born, And Jr court that baby of poor girl if no
husband, at birth, 1 girl her parent's sueing to get baby back, see can
see baby onces ever other week, lawyer helping her, girl's do not know
who baby's dad is they been rape so often, by God know who, They allso
get beer & wine at Cherry Height's from a Taven down botton of hill, and
a small grocery a cross from Providence Hospital, (Kid's trade off there
Dr's med's to each other, the one's Dr's order's) What happen in last
few years, Western State hospital, has move to Cherry Height's if out
people on South Capitol Hill, even real riseing it, (It was a rest home
a few year ago) befor Maycrest got wreck, to Seattle General Hospital,
could move in if Swedishes Hospital, )Old Seattle General might made a
good nut house bldg, it because a cancer wing, for Fred Huserson set up,
You can not visit in mates at Cherry Height's on the ward they got to
come down stairs, usey go out side if you, People come from Western
State, if a security guard, often in hand cluf's about 15 minutes after
they get to Cherry Height's they are turn lose on South Capitol Hill,

I am asking for $150 a month or $5 a day for some kind of board bill,
for Mr Rosene, he did sign me a power of Attoney, went he was at Western
nut house, but I can not fine it, To I can still give Bill spending
money, if out comeing out of my own personal Saveing's, like I been
doing, I went thou close to $1,700 over wasting money on Bill From Oct
17-80 to about time he move in if me, (People said I am nut's to put up
if him, But I have keep him out Western State, allmost 2 years know,
(Bill has wast about 1/2 his life in a mentill hospital, like the one in
Spokane, for about 3 years, and the one in Bellingham, aira, wish Gov
Evans, close down, went he was in office, (Bill thou his mine over
getting mixup with that cult at 400-18th East, (Harry Cusher Temple)
what will neighbor say if they knew Bill was in a State nut Hospital, I
fear the disgrace,
