He does quote one exemplary interview with a person who rarely bought music, but purchased a copy of Julio Iglesias and Willie Nelson's "To All the Girls I've Loved Before." The consumer struggles at length to explain why he bought the record, and finally points to "a special quality in the way the voices blend that really appealed to me."
