Amber Hollibaugh
Amber Hollibaugh is an educator, filmmaker, writer, and national
organizer. She has worked on issues such as prisoners' rights,
homophobia, women's rights, incest, domestic violence, rape, race and
class oppression, and sexuality. She is currently Director of the
Lesbian AIDS Project at GMHC (Gay Men's Health Crisis) in New York. "The Gap She Fostered" first appeared in Out the Other Side: Contemporary Lesbian Writing, Ed. Christian McEwen and Sue O'Sullivan.
