I was just thinking yesterday about how fragile everything is. Obviously you can destroy anything that's tangible, but I never thought about how you can even ruin things you can't touch. Silence is an easy one. Truth can be destroyed by untruths, justice is destroyed by injustice, love by hate, hate by love, friendship by misunderstanding. Time is easily destructible--5 minutes can be made to seem like an hour and and an hour can be made to seem like 5 minutes. Of course, it's all in the mind, but isn't what's in your head just as real as what's out of it? It is natural to talk but little The high wind does not last all morning Neither does a sudden rain last all day Heaven and earth are not able to make things last forever How is it possible for man?
